The compensation period can only be extended from one month to the next by mutual agreement. In the absence of mutual agreement, overtime payments will be paid until the end of the following month. Investigators working the 9.06-hour rotation should work the same number of hours over a compensation period as employees who work a 5/2 hour schedule of 36.25 hours per week. The 9.06-hour shift plan is considered to meet annual working time requirements and is not considered an overtime period.
